An Agent may or may not have access to the administration panel to view the complete Customer details, and hence it is essential to provide information about the client and his services to the Agent handling the ticket.

Limited Client details may be obtained from the ticket by clicking on the client profile.

The details displayed in the pop-up is determined by the CRM connected to the brand and the details that are exposed to the Agent accessing the ticket.
