The concept of Business Hour in Spiraldesk can span across multiple Brands. A Business Hour is not linked to a time zone . However the Time zone specified in a Brand is the key for all Automation logic in Spiraldesk
To Access the Business Hour, navigate to Settings >> Business Hours
Adding a Business Hour
To add a new Business Hour, You can spot a Button which says "NEW" on the top right corner . Click on it and you will be redirected with a screen to describe your Business Hour Details.
Clicking on the NEW button will redirect you to a page which describes the hours and days involved in your Business Hour definition.
Editing a Business Hour
On the Business Hours Listing Page in Settings >> Business Hours , you may select the Edit button to go ahead and edit your Business Hour.
You are now ready to define the productivity and Automation systems such a SLA in Spiraldesk.
