Managing an Agent in Spiraldesk

In Spiraldesk , Agent is the user that has the required permissions to manage the Helpdesk and its operations.

This include both Request Handling and Administration of the Settings.

The Agents Settings can be accessed from Settings >> Agents.

Adding an Agent

To add a new Agent, You can spot a Button which says "NEW" on the top right corner . Click on it and you will be redirected to with a screen to describe your Agent Data. Enter the Details and Save.

Editing an Agent

On the Agent Listing Page in Settings >> Agents , you may select the Edit button to go ahead and edit your Group.
