Accessing the Helpdesk Settings
From the Settings Menu, Go to Helpdesk Settings and you are there !!!
Understanding the Tabs
The general Settings are specific to the helpdesk , where some of the settings of the helpdesk operations are defined. Please have a look at screenshot for more information
This Tab defines the basic levels of security that your Spiraldesk Instance will have and will include your attachment types, whether your customers can access the Self Service Portal and the emails that reach your helpdesk based on its origin and contents.
This is the most important area in Spiraldesk, which defines the Status groups listed on the Left hand Menu.
Once you are through this settings, your helpdesk is sure to go places :).
