A Canned response or popularly known as Response templates saves at least 30 minutes of your job everyday.
Spiraldesk provides an easy way to manage and add your response templates.
To add a response , go to Settings --> Response Templates
Fill in the fields with your response and submit.
You will now be able to access the response when you reply to a ticket under the departments where the responses are enabled.
And the reply gets loaded in the reply text area.
