Spiraldesk allows you to do basic changes, which ensures that your portal looks similar to your website , to give the customers a seamless look and feel which goes with your company branding.
To change the way your customer support portal looks, Go to Settings --> Click on "Portal Branding"
Now click on "Customize Portal" besides the brand you wish to edit.
Once you are there, you may change the logo, color schemes that match your original brand.
